The capillary electrophoresis method with the ability to detect blood plasma and serum carotenoids, mostly due to the presence of lipoproteins, is described. The proposed method involves a three-step procedure, namely, extraction of plasma/serum carotenoids with n-hexane, separation of carotenoids by capillary electrophoresis in borate buffer, and detection at 450 nm with 1,1'-diethyl-2,2'-cyano-2,2'-propane-diol as the internal standard. The method was validated and its applicability was demonstrated in plasma and serum samples from patients with diseases that affect lipid metabolism. The method described can be used for epidemiological studies of carotenoids in plasma and serum, and for monitoring their dietary and pharmacological interventions.Q:
How to save variables in classes to use in a different function?
Sorry if this is a very simple question but I'm kinda new in Python.
I have a code that says:
class a:
global myNumber
def __init__(self, x, y, z):
self.x = x
self.y = y
self.z = z
