i started my car this morning and it runs great but the air/fuel ratio is off. it had less than a quarter tank of gas in it,. i start it up and the gauge needles are far to the left so the ac is not as acc. air filled out (for lack of better terminology). what might be the issue here?

I have a 2009 Turbo I have a problem with. I just replaced the timing belt and tensioner. I was told the adjustment screw that holds the tensioner on is now used for the drive belt, as that is the primary function. It is not and the timing belt ends up too tight and causes hard starts in the morning and what I think is a crack in the timing belt (I haven't pulled it out yet). I am almost positive I adjusted the tension correctly. Do I need to retighten the tensioner screw or what should I be doing?
where is the coolant level sensor located, please? this year my civic 1.6L automatic started to make a noise in the head, so I had a shop check it out and had them clean the head with high temp lube. they replaced the high temp cap and said it was fine. but since then it sounds very rough when starting, like it could seize or something.
